Newgard Development Group to Break Ground on BrickellHouse

MIAMI-Newgard Development Group is planning to build a new residential tower in the Brickell Financial District.

MIAMI-Newgard Development Group is planning to build a new residential tower in the Brickell Financial District. The new 46-story tower, called BrickellHouse, will be situated at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive.

BrickellHouse will comprise 374 residential units, street-level office, retail and restaurant space. Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership is the design architect and John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor for the project. Newgard will start the $170-million project in Q2 2012 and expects to complete it within two years. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
