CHICAGO-The owner of the old IBM Building situated in River North has signed preliminary agreements to lease nearly 260,000 square feet to two tenants. Los Angeles-based Latham & Watkins LLP has inked a letter of intent to lease nearly 160,000 square feet and Chicago-based SmithBucklin Corp. has also inked a letter of intent to relocate into nearly 100,000 square feet in the 52-story tower at 330 N. Wabash Ave.
