Roem to Break Ground on Franklin Street Family Apartments

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Santa Clara-based Roem Corp. is set to break ground on an affordable housing project at 135 Franklin St. in downtown Mountain View.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Santa Clara-based Roem Corp. is set to break ground on an affordable housing project at 135 Franklin St. in downtown Mountain View. The new development, named Franklin Street Family Apartments, will contain 51 single-, double-and triple-bedroom apartments.

The community will be constructed on a 1.03-acre parcel of land. The total cost of the project is $23.4 million. Irvine-based KTGY Group Inc. has designed the scheme. The project is scheduled to open in spring 2013. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
