WOBURN, MA-NAI Hunneman has negotiated a lease agreement for an office space in Woburn on behalf of landowner Woburn Group LLC, a subsidiary of NAI Hunneman Management Co. Barbour Stockwell Inc. has signed a lease for 17,901 square feet of space at 45 Sixth Road.

In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by James Stubblebine from The Stubblebine Co., and the landlord was represented by David Gilkie from NAI Hunneman. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
