BUDA, TX-Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors Inc. said that a multifamily apartment complex will be constructed soon in Buda. Officials are planning to start construction before March 1, 2012 and complete the project in approximately 14 months.
The multifamily complex, consisting of 264 units, will sit on a 15-acre land at the junction of FM 2001 and I-35, near Cabela's. It will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All financing for the development has been arranged. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
