Shaw Group Leases 188,900 SF at 150 Royall St. in Canton

CANTON, MA-The Shaw Group is moving its local engineering and construction operations to Canton.

CANTON, MA-The Shaw Group is moving its local engineering and construction operations to Canton. The Louisiana-based company has leased 188,900 square feet at 150 Royall St. from a subsidiary of OneBeacon Insurance Co.

The company is expecting to complete its move to the 262,000-square-foot building by September 2012. Andy Majewski, Rachel Marks and Steve Clancy from CBRE represented the Shaw Group, while Rich Bradbury from CLW Real Estate Services represented OneBeacon in the lease transaction.
