FRANKFURT-AXA Immosolutions has closed two office leases totaling approximately 51,666 square feet in the prime office property at Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 12-14 in Eschborn.

FRANKFURT-AXA Immosolutions has closed two office leases totaling approximately 51,666 square feet in the prime office property at Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 12-14 in Eschborn. PRODYNA AG has singed a new 14,025-square-foot lease for five years and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has extended its 37,673-square-foot lease for three years at the property.

The building, situated on the suburbs of Frankfurt, has reached 92% occupancy with the two leases signed by PRODYNA AG and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
