SEATTLE-The commercial airplanes division of Boeing has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet of space at the Russell Investments Center, an 890,000-square-foot tower in downtown Seattle. The company will occupy the entire 41st and 42nd floors and part of the 17th-floor space.

Northwestern Mutual is the owner of the Russell center, formerly called the WaMu Center. Boeing will house nearly 80 employees in its new office starting next spring. With Boeing's lease, the property is 97% occupied. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
