NEW YORK CITY-East Greenville, Pennsylvania-based Knoll Inc. has inked a temporary lease deal for 17,000 square feet of space at 766 Sixth Ave. situated between West 25th and West 26th streets.

NEW YORK CITY-East Greenville, Pennsylvania-based Knoll Inc. has inked a temporary lease deal for 17,000 square feet of space at 766 Sixth Ave. situated between West 25th and West 26th streets. The asking rent for the space was $150 per square foot.

Knoll's newly leased space formerly housed Gracious Home. The temporary lease stretches out till the end of November. Rochelle Bass of Bellmarc Realty negotiated the deal on behalf of the furniture seller. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
