MIAMI GARDENS, FL-Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International has negotiated a lease deal for an industrial space in Miami Gardens. Miami Guild, LLC has leased 10,100 square feet in Sunshine Terminal II at 15725 NW 15th Ave.

Miami Guild has leased the industrial space for 36 months from Angelo Napolitano Trustee. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
