BOSTON-The Abbey Group has received approval from Boston Redevelopment Authority for a mixed-used development near the Fenway Park. The development will come up at 1282 Boylston Street located at the corner of Jersey Street.
The 331,000-square-foot development will comprise 210 apartments, 12,000 square feet of retail space, 88,000 square feet of office space and an underground parking facility for nearly 300 cars. Construction is expected to start by the end of 2012. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
