NEW YORK CITY-Erno Laszlo, a beauty products brand, will open its first Institute soon in New York City.

NEW YORK CITY-Erno Laszlo, a beauty products brand, will open its first Institute soon in New York City. The Laszlo line has signed a net lease for 10 years with Henry Hay and Kamran Hakim for the entire building measuring 10,000 square feet at 382 W. Broadway situated between Spring and Broome streets.

The Laszlo line is owned by Charles Denton's RBS Equity Finance. Joseph Aquino and Faith Hope Consolo of Prudential Douglas Elliman handled the lease deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
