Raines International Signs Sublease at 75 Rockefeller Plaza

NEW YORK CITY-Raines International is moving its headquarters from 250 Park Ave. to 75 Rockefeller Plaza.

NEW YORK CITY-Raines International is moving its headquarters from 250 Park Ave. to 75 Rockefeller Plaza. The executive search firm has subleased 13,900 square feet at 75 Rockefeller Plaza from Time Warner.

Raines International will occupy the 27th-floor space in the building for 2.5 years. Asking rent was $40 per square foot. Seth Hecht and Robert Tunis from Colliers International represented the sublessee, and Robert Martin from Jones Lang LaSalle represented Time Warner in the sublease deal.
