MIAMI-The Related Group in Miami is preparing to construct a 250-unit condominium tower at Biscayne Bay and Northeast 28th Street in the Edgewater neighborhood in Miami.

MIAMI-The Related Group in Miami is preparing to construct a 250-unit condominium tower at Biscayne Bay and Northeast 28th Street in the Edgewater neighborhood in Miami. The company gained a $15.3-million foreclosure judgment on the stalled Onyx 2 site in October.

Related Group's PRH NE 28th Street LLC seized a $9.1-million mortgage on the property in June. The developer is also planning to construct a second building at the 192-unit MyBrickell development. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
