BELCAMP, MD-Sephora, a cosmetics retailer, has recently leased 70,133 square feet in the Riverside Business Park in Belcamp for two years. The company will occupy the space that previously housed McCormick & Co.
The retailer's new space is located on the other side of Mercedes Drive from its distribution center. Christopher Wright of Cushman & Wakefield represented Sephora, while DCT Industrial, the landlord, had in-house representation in the lease transaction.
