BONITA SPRINGS, FL-Ziegler has arranged nearly $143.2 million in financing for The Terraces at Bonita Springs, a seniors living community in Bonita Springs. The specialty investment bank arranged the loan to help Greystone Communities develop the property.

The continuing care retirement community will contain 18 memory support units, 49 assisted living apartments, 144 independent living apartments and 40 private nursing beds.
