CINCINNATI-The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that a new private investment amounting $75 million will help double the retail and residential space between two sports stadium in downtown Cincinnati. According to the newspaper, The Banks, a waterfront neighborhood in downtown Cincinnati, could get nearly 300 new apartments.

Developers are also planning to construct new restaurants and storefronts between Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. Approximately 1.9 million square feet of new project is contemplated in the area by 2019. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
