CLEVELAND-AIC Ventures has purchased two industrial buildings totaling 245,000 square feet in Ohio. The Austin-based company has acquired a 160,000-square-foot facility in Cuyahoga Heights and an 85,000-square-foot building in Valley View from Northern Stamping Inc.
Cuyahoga County Ohio public records showed that AIC Ventures bought the Cuyahoga Heights property for $2.7 million. The 2011 tax list revealed that the total value of the buildings was recorded as $3.85 million. Northern Stamping has signed a long-term lease with AIC.
