Berger Rental Communities Arranges $32M for Goshen Terrace

WEST CHESTER, PA-Berger Rental Communities has obtained a $32-million refinancing loan for its Goshen Terrace, a 384-unit apartment community at 1149 Kinsway Road in West Chester.

WEST CHESTER, PA-Berger Rental Communities has obtained a $32-million refinancing loan for its Goshen Terrace, a 384-unit apartment community at 1149 Kinsway Road in West Chester. The Fannie Mae conventional loan for the apartment complex was provided by Beech Street Capital.

The 10-year Fannie Mae loan comes with 9.5 years yield maintenance and a 30-year amortization payable on the basis of actual/360. The deal was handled by Meridian Capital Group. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
