RANCHO CORDOVA, CA-The owners of an office complex situated inRancho Cordova have extended a $67.7-million loan on the complexfor five years. The Capital Center II and III properties, locatedat 11000 and 11090 White Rock Road, comprises more than 530,000square feet of space.

The maturity date for troubled loan was in August. With the loanextension for the office complex, New York-based DRA Advisors LLC,the owner of Capital Center, would not require a refinancing loanfor the property. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
