RANCHO CORDOVA, CA-The owners of an office complex situated in Rancho Cordova have extended a $67.7-million loan on the complex for five years. The Capital Center II and III properties, located at 11000 and 11090 White Rock Road, comprises more than 530,000 square feet of space.

The maturity date for troubled loan was in August. With the loan extension for the office complex, New York-based DRA Advisors LLC, the owner of Capital Center, would not require a refinancing loan for the property. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
