TAUNTON, MA-Logistics firm EXEL Inc. has leased 181,980 square feet of space at the Myles Standish Industrial Park at 530 John Hancock Road in Taunton. The firm has leased the space to house EMD/Millipore's storage as well as distribution operations there.

The Myles Standish Industrial Park is owned by an Invesco Real Estate client. Kevin Hanna from Cassidy Turley FHO represented the tenant, while Ellison Patten and Ned Halloran from Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
