NEW YORK CITY-Two developers are planning to start construction next year on the tallest residential buildings in Brooklyn. Stahl Real Estate will start construction on a 590-foot residential tower at 388 Bridge St. at the beginning of next year, while AvalonBay Communities Inc. is planning to break ground on its 596-foot, Willoughby West project by late next year.
