BALTIMORE-The Bozzuto Group has started construction on Union Wharf, a residential and retail project along the Fells Point waterfront in Baltimore. The $72-million, seven-story project, which will comprise 281 apartments, about 500 parking spaces and 4,500 square feet of retail space, will come up at the junction of South Wolfe and Thames streets.
