AUSTIN, TX-Costco Wholesale Corp. is planning to construct a new store measuring 150,000 square feet in Cedar Park at Town Center. The warehouse membership club chain will build the store at the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 183A and RM 1431 in Austin.
Costco Wholesale has plans to employ 300 to 400 part- and full-time workers for the new store. The company currently holds two stores in the Austin area. Construction is expected to start next summer for the new store. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
