16 Handles has leased the basement and ground-floor space from Between 8th and 19th LLC. Asking rent was $75 per square foot. Newmark Knight Frank's Paul Berkman and Davie Berke represented 16 Handles, while Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group's Dan Satterwhite and William Abramson represented the owner in the deal.
