SHEFFIELD, UK-Plusnet has leased more than 53,000 square feet of office space at The Balance in Sheffield from CBRE Global Investors. The Sheffield-based home phone and broadband supplier, which currently occupies space in Victoria Quays and Tenter Street, will move to the new location in spring next year.
Plusnet is currently remodeling four floors at the office building. CBREi's Sam Resouly, HBJ Gateley's Miles Ede, Telereal Trillium's Kevan Probert, and Eversheds lawyers were involved in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
