NEW YORK CITY-SearchOne Advisors is moving its Manhattan office from 19 W. 44th St. to 561 Seventh Ave. The employment firm has inked a long-term, 3,800-square-foot lease at 561 Seventh Ave. located at West 40th Street.
SearchOne will occupy the 18th-floor space of the 21-story building owned by Handler Real Estate Organization. Erik Harris from Newmark Knight Frank represented SearchOne, while Scott Galin and Peter Simel of Handler Real Estate represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction.
