LONDON-CLS Holdings plc has submitted a planning application for a GBP 400-million, 1,657,650-square-foot mixed-use development in Vauxhall, London. The projected Vauxhall Square redevelopment will have two residential towers of roughly 50 stories.

The mixed-use development will comprise 510 homes, a 438-bed hotel, 416 student units, 163,945 square feet of office space, 37,660 square feet of retail, cafe and restaurant space, 94 affordable housing units, a new homeless hostel, a 4-screen cinema and a new public square.
