SILVER SPRING, MD-The U.S. General Services Administration has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 103,400 square feet of industrial space at 3101 Pennsy Drive. The government's real estate arm is planning to use the space at the Wilson R. Gale building for its Support Services Division.
In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Reva Squire, Joe Judge and Howard Traul from Jones Lang LaSalle, while the landlord was represented by Peregrine Roberts from TSC Realty Services LLC. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
