CINCINNATI-Neyer Properties Inc. has leased 8,350 square feet at Highlands Market Square in West Chester Township to two retailers. Title Boxing Club has leased more than 4,300 square feet for five years and Beaux Mondes Salon & Spa has leased 4,050 square feet for five years at Highlands Retail Center II.
