NEW YORK CITY-The proprietors of the Keg Room have leased 8,400 square feet at 53 W. 36th St. for 20 years. The Irish pub already has several locations in Manhattan.
The space, which the Keg Room owners have leased, was formerly occupied by three retailers. Hidrock Realty has completely reconfigured the space along with Joe and Mary Carty, the restaurant owners. Reilly Real Estate's Edward Reilly represented the tenants, while Hidrock Realty's Steven Hidary represented the landlord in-house in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
