NEW YORK CITY-TJ Maxx is opening a store on the lower level of the Fulton Mall at 505 Fulton St. in downtown Brooklyn. The retailer has leased nearly 23,000 square feet in the mall.
The Laboz family's United American Land is the owner of the former department store. The asking rent for the space was $40 per foot. TJ Maxx will move into the new location by spring 2013. Peter Ripka with Ripco Real Estate handled the lease deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
