OVERLAND PARK, KS-Allstate Insurance Co. is about to combine some of its offices at the Sprint property in Overland Park. The Overland Park City Council will consider Sprint Nextel Corp.'s request to allow a sublease for over 25,000 square feet of space at the 11501 Outlook St. property to Allstate.
The five-year lease term with Allstate will begin on April 1. Allstate is planning to house 141 employees in the newly subleased space and will consolidate its claims and sales operations there. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
