ANNAPOLIS, MD-Greenberg Gibbons Commercial and a fund handled by Prudential Real Estate Investors have secured $135 million to refinance the construction-loan debt on the $400-million Annapolis Towne Centre in Annapolis. CBRE Capital Markets has arranged the seven-year loan through HSBC Bank.
Annapolis Towne Centre, developed in 2008, is portion of a 2.2 million-square-foot residential, office and retail project. CBRE's Joe Donato and Michael Sherman represented the owners of the shopping center in the deal. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
