BALTIMORE-Himmelrich Associates, the developer of Montgomery Park, a 1.3 million-square-foot office complex near Interstate 95 in Southwest Baltimore, has hired Colliers International to handle leasing assignment for the eight-story complex. The Pikesville developer reconstructed the old Montgomery Ward building into an office park.
Occupiers in the office park include the Maryland Department of the Environment, M&T Bank, Maryland Lottery, URS Corp. and XL Health. Colliers' Kevin J. Haus, Lindsay Summerfield and Matthew J. Haas are overseeing leasing. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
