Developers Plan to Open Renewable Energy Park in Pflugerville

PFLUGERVILLE, TX-Pflugerville Community Development Corp. is planning to open the Renewable Energy Park, a 167-acre park near State Highway 130 in Pflugerville, on December 30.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX-Pflugerville Community Development Corp. is planning to open the Renewable Energy Park, a 167-acre park near State Highway 130 in Pflugerville, on December 30. The Renewable Energy Park, a mixed-use development, is designed to draw green technology companies to the region.

The park will house a hotel, retail store, residences and an electric vehicle charging station with over 720,000 square feet of warehouse as well as manufacturing space.
