BUFFALO, NY-Ellicott Development Co. has set an opening date for its recent redevelopment project in downtown Buffalo. The company is renovating the old Courtyard Mall building into apartments and has named the project as the Antonio.
The project will be anchored by nearly 12 market-rate apartments, which will be ready for occupation by February 1. The Antonio's 17,000-square-foot lower floors will be renovated for office tenants. Talks are in progress with potential tenants. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
