JACKSONVILLE, FL-EverBank Financial Corp. has leased 270,000 square feet at the AT&T Tower at 301 W. Bay St. in Downtown Jacksonville. The company will take nine floors in the Elad National Realty-owned tower, which will be renamed as EverBank Center.
EverBank will relocate its 1,500 employees from the Cypress Point Business Park to the W. Bay Street building.
