NEW YORK CITY-Consolidated Children's Apparel Inc. is relocating its smaller Manhattan office to W. 35th Street. The company has leased approximately 24,000 square feet of space at 463 Seventh Ave. for seven years.
The asking price for the leased space was $32 per square foot. The company will take the entire fourth floor of the 22-story building at W. 35th Street for its new office. Adams & Co.
