LEEDS, UK-Clipper Logistics has pre-leased a new 343,000-square-foot industrial facility at Teeslink on Wynyard Park in Stockton on Tees. The company has pre-leased the new warehouse, which is expected to be completed in September 2012, for 16 years.
The Teeslink on Wynyard Park project is a joint venture between Sladen Estates Limited and British Airways Pension Trustees Ltd.
