NEW YORK CITY-DL 1961 Denim is expanding its garment center showroom on Seventh Avenue. The Manhattan-based company has signed a lease for five years with Savitt Partners for 8,800 square feet at 530 Seventh Ave.
The asking rent for the 15th-floor space was $55 per square foot. DL 1961 is planning to move from the 11th floor to the 15th floor at the beginning of next year.
