NEW YORK CITY-The Milk Studios building, situated in the Meatpacking District, is now 100% occupied. inVentiveHealth has renewed and enlarged its space to 75,000 square feet at 450 West 15th St.
Asking rent was in the $60s per square foot. The company, which has been occupying more than 50,000 square feet, has leased additional 21,000 square feet in the Milk Studios building from Stellar Management.
