LAKELAND, FL-Cushman & Wakefield of Florida has brokered two major lease deals totaling 368,400 square feet in Lakeland. Irvington, Texas-based Mission Foods, a unit of Gruma Corp. has leased 168,400 square feet at 2125 Interstate Drive.
In the second deal, Cincinnati-based xpedx has leased 200,000 square feet of space at Lakeland's First Park at Bridgewater. The paper supplier has an option for additional 60,000 square feet of space at the 400,000-square-foot industrial facility. Cushman & Wakefield's Ryan Smith handled both deals.
