BLOOMINGTON, MN-HighJump Software Inc. is relocating Eden Prairie to Bloomington. The supply-management software maker has leased 27,000 square feet at the Normandale Lake Office Park in Bloomington.

HighJump will take an entire floor at the 8200 tower, which is 80% leased. The firm will move to the Normandale building in next May. Tom Bennett and Brandon Megal with CBRE represented the tenant, while the Cushman & Wakefield team of Zach Pettus and Tom Tracy represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF, in the lease transaction.
