NASHVILLE-Joe Cotrell has sold a furniture warehouse situated at the corner of Grandview Avenue and Thompson Lane in Nashville. The property, which sits on 3.5 acres of land, was sold for $1.3 million.
Davidson County property records revealed that Furniture Warehouse & Showroom Inc. acquired three parcels, including the 2807 Grandview Ave. property. The furniture warehouse was earlier sold in 1990 for $2.49 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
