HAMBURG, GERMANY-IVG Immobilien AG has signed one of the largest lease deals in Hamburg this year. The University of Hamburg fully leased IVG Immobilien's building measuring 150,694 square feet at Mittelweg.
The building is situated beside the Aussenalster. The university has signed the deal for 10 years. IVG will renovate the former publishing house site to suit the tenant's requirements.
