OVERLAND PARK, KS-Nueterra Healthcare LLC's proposal for a new office building in Overland Park will be considered by the Overland Park Planning Commission on January 9. The proposed three-story corporate office building measuring 57,760 square feet will come up at the Southridge Office Park at 7301 W. 125th Terrace.
Nueterra is currently located at 11221 Roe Ave. in Leawood. ACI/Boland Inc., an architecture firm, is the designer of the building, while Olsson Associates will manage the project. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
