CHICAGO-DeVry Inc. has signed a lease for 77,000 square feet of office space at a West Loop office tower located at 300 S. Riverside Plaza to house its online support center. The 23-floor building having nearly a 1.1 million-square-foot office space is now 95% rented.
In the deal, Newmark Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the tenant, while J. F. McKinney & Associates represented the owner, a group comprising New York-based investors, David Werner and Joseph Mizrachi. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
