RALEIGH, NC-Red Hat, a high-tech company, has entered into a sublease deal to lease out one of Progress Energy's two office towers located in Raleigh for $87 million. The lease for the 19-floor, 380,000-square-foot Two Progress Energy Tower runs for 23 years. Progress Energy will not require both of the buildings as it plans to reduce its workforce subsequent to its merger with Duke Energy.
